How the numbers work
Seats, computers and locations, explained
A seat is one person and their primary computer, phone, mobile and tablet. Shared workstations and second machines are additional computers. Staff with a phone but no computer are additional users. Each location, a site with its own network, includes the infrastructure below; anything above the allowance is an add-on.

Questions
What is the minimum for a managed IT plan?
Our managed IT plans start at 10 seats across all of your locations. Smaller offices usually start with On-Demand support at $119 an hour and IT Shield endpoint security from $10 per device.
Is there a setup fee?
Ask every provider. With us, any one-time onboarding work is quoted and approved before you sign, and never hidden in the monthly price.
Can we change managed IT plans later?
Yes. You can move between Essential, Standard and Premium up or down at any month end, and the price locked in your agreement applies to the plan you are on.
Do you serve our area?
On site across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach from our offices in Brickell, Coral Gables and Boca Raton, and remotely anywhere in the United States.
