What a quarter with a vCIO looks like
Most businesses buy IT reactively: something breaks, someone quotes a fix, the invoice arrives. A virtual CIO turns that into a plan. Each quarter we sit with you and your leadership for ninety minutes. We review what broke and why, what the security tools caught, where the risks sit (aging servers, one person who knows everything, a vendor contract about to renew), what the next twelve months cost, and what to decide now so nothing is bought in a panic. You leave with a one-page roadmap, a budget by quarter and a list of decisions with owners.
Between quarters your vCIO joins vendor calls, reviews contracts before you sign, answers the "should we" questions that come up in a leadership meeting, and writes the policies an insurer or auditor asks for. For a company of 20 to 200 people it is the difference between IT that happens to you and IT you run.

Ongoing. The vCIO service meets quarterly to review your IT, risks, budget and roadmap, so decisions are made with a plan instead of when something breaks.
Does the vCIO sit in on vendor calls?
Yes. Your vCIO joins calls with software vendors, carriers and insurers, asks the technical questions, and tells you what the answers mean for your business and your budget.
Can a small firm use vCIO?
Yes. The vCIO service stands alone: a small firm without a managed plan can have quarterly strategic IT reviews and a written roadmap without buying anything else.
Do you write IT policies?
Yes. We write acceptable use, security, backup and access policies aligned to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 practices, sized for your company, and we help you roll them out.
Who attends the quarterly review?
You and your leadership, our account executive and a senior engineer, so business goals and technical reality are in the same room, and every decision leaves with an owner.
