Do you support our offices in other states?
Yes. Managed IT plans and remote On-Demand support cover any US state, and managed clients get next-business-day on-site visits in most US metros through insured partner technicians.
Is remote support priced the same as local?
Yes. Remote support costs the same per hour or per seat as support for a South Florida office: $119 an hour On-Demand, or the published managed plan rates.
Which time zones do you cover?
Every US client is supported on their local time, so a Phoenix office gets the same plan hours as a Miami office. International clients are supported on Eastern time, and P1 emergencies are answered 24/7.
Can you manage an office you cannot visit?
Yes. Managing offices we never visit is the model for remote support: managed devices, remote access, shipped equipment and partner technicians for the rare hands-on task.
Do you use local partners for on-site work outside Florida?
Yes, for managed clients. Outside Florida, on-site visits are made by insured partner technicians who follow our procedures and report through our help desk; you still deal only with IT of US.
