What a business phone system should do for you

A phone system is the front door of the business, and the wrong one costs you calls you never knew you missed. A business phone system should ring the right person wherever they are, on a desk phone, a laptop or a mobile, from one company number. It should answer in English and Spanish with a menu that gets a caller to a human in two presses. It should record calls for training where the law allows, transcribe voicemail to email, and show you every missed call. It should survive a hurricane because it lives in the cloud, not in the closet. And it should cost a known amount per user per month, with your existing numbers ported without a gap.

How the move works. We review your call volume, locations, mobile use and integrations, recommend a platform, port your numbers with the old and new carriers on a set date, install desk phones where you want them and softphones where you do not, record the greetings, and train the team. The old carrier is cancelled the day the port completes, so you never pay twice. After the move we manage the system with your IT: new users, menus, holiday greetings and the occasional call that went somewhere strange.

FAQ

Which phone platforms do you install?

We work with the major business VoIP platforms and recommend one after reviewing your call volume, locations, mobile use and integrations, rather than pushing one vendor.

Will we lose our phone numbers?

No. Your existing numbers port to the new phone system. We manage the porting with the old and new carriers so the numbers keep ringing throughout the move.

Can staff use their mobile phones?

Yes. Staff use softphone apps on mobiles and laptops with the company number, so calls, voicemail and texts stay on the business line wherever they work.

Do you handle the old phone carrier?

Yes. We manage the cancellation and porting with your old carrier, including the timing, so you never pay two providers longer than necessary and nothing drops mid-move.

How long does number porting take?

Porting usually takes two to three weeks from the carrier's acceptance. We schedule the switch for the day the port completes, so there is no gap in service.
