Can you help with our cyber-insurance questionnaire?
Yes. We map each insurer question to a control, close the gaps and give you the evidence, so you sign the insurer's attestation with a document behind every answer.
Do you cover HIPAA?
Yes. We provide HIPAA-ready IT for medical and dental practices with a signed Business Associate Agreement and documented safeguards. See our HIPAA IT support page for details.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
IT of US follows SOC 2 security practices in how it runs its own operations, certification in progress, and we can build your environment to the same practices.
What is the difference between antivirus and EDR?
Antivirus blocks known bad files. Endpoint detection and response (EDR) watches behavior, stops attacks that have no known signature, and lets an engineer isolate a device. Insurers now ask for EDR by name.
Can you run security alongside our own IT staff?
Yes. IT Shield and our compliance work run alongside an internal IT team, who keep control of their systems while we handle endpoint security and the evidence.
