Do you sell consumer equipment?
No. We supply business-grade equipment only: firewalls, switches, access points, workstations, laptops and servers with business warranties, because consumer gear fails under business use and cannot be managed properly.
Can we buy equipment elsewhere and have you install it?
Yes. We install and manage equipment you buy elsewhere, as long as it is business-grade and supportable. We will tell you in advance if a model cannot be managed or is unsafe.
Do you hold the hardware warranty?
The warranty is yours. We manage it on your behalf: we open the claim, ship or receive the replacement, and put the replacement back into service, so you never deal with the manufacturer.
How fast can you get equipment?
Most business equipment arrives within days through our distributor relationships. Specialized items such as large firewalls or servers take longer, and we tell you the lead time before you order.
Do you take away the old equipment?
Yes. We remove old computers and network gear, wipe or destroy the data to NIST 800-88 guidance, and provide a record of destruction for your compliance file.
