Yes. We service and repair cameras, recorders and access control installed by others, document what is there, and tell you plainly when a system is worth keeping or replacing.
Which camera and access control brands do you install?
Ubiquiti UniFi for cameras and Kantech for access control as standard, chosen because the building owns the hardware and the recordings, with no per-camera subscription to a cloud vendor.
Can tenants manage their own doors and cameras?
Yes. Each tenant gets its own credentials and view, segmented from the building's systems and from other tenants, while building management keeps control of shared doors, lobbies and parking.
Do you handle permits for camera and access control work?
Yes. Permits, inspections and coordination with the building are part of the project scope and price, so you sign one agreement and we manage the rest.
Can cameras and door controllers be watched by your network monitoring?
Yes. Every camera, recorder and controller sits on the managed network, so a camera going offline or a controller losing power raises an alert to our help desk like any other device.
