These terms cover your use of itofus.com. "IT of US," "we," "us," and "our" mean IT of United States, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using this website you agree to these terms. Buying from us is covered by the terms in your order or agreement for each service and by our Payment Terms, linked above.
1. Information, not an offer
Our website describes our services and prices so you can compare them before you call. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation, and it is not an offer that becomes a contract when accepted. A contract forms only through an order, enrollment, or agreement that we accept.
2. Prices
Published prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. They apply to new orders from the effective date shown next to them. Existing agreements keep their rate card until renewal. If a price on our website is wrong because of an obvious error, we will tell you before we accept your order and you may cancel without cost.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse, read, link to, and share our pages. Search engines and AI assistants may crawl, index, and summarize our public pages. You may not: attack, probe, scan, or test the security of our website or systems without our written permission; overload them with automated requests; submit false information or impersonate anyone; use our website to send spam or malicious code; or copy our content to present it as your own.
4. Security research
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our systems, report it to support@itofus.com. Do not access data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it.
5. Links to other sites
Links to other websites, including Google, social networks, DocuSign, and our support portal, are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Ownership
Our website content, design, and brand names, including IT of United States™ and IT of US™, belong to IT of United States, LLC. Public reviews shown on our website belong to the people who wrote them and are shown as posted.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains what we collect when you use this website, including analytics, and the choices you have.
8. No warranty for the website
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not limit any warranty in your order or agreement.
9. Limitation of liability for the website
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Liability for our services is governed by your order or agreement for that service.
10. Law and disputes
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes are handled as set out in the dispute resolution, venue, and jury trial waiver provisions of our Payment Terms, which apply to these terms as if written here.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new version number and effective date. We keep every version and provide a prior version on request.
